Is Wal-Mart regulated by the government? If yes, then how is it Regulated by the government? They are regulated by the laws of the state they are incorporated in, and in any state they are doing business in, as a foreign corporation. Taxes all business are taxed by the government. Yes, Wal-Mart is not only regulated by big brother, it is a secret government facility (I saw this on late night tv, so i know what im talking about). It is a depository for illegal immigrants (i know youve seen them) that, rather than than prison or deportation, they are sentenced to work at Wal-Mart...haning out those smily face stickers to snot-faced kids, taking your cart, or piling up a new heap of "fashionable" clothing (also made by the children of these illegal immigrants). You should look into the Wal-Mart law in Maryland. Wal-Mart has always been great at lobbying at the Federal level but has no idea how to do it at the state level and so Maryland successfully passed the Wal-Mart law.
