Is organisation behaviour subjective or prescriptive?

Is organisation behaviour subjective or prescriptive?

prescriptive is better
One man shows can be subjective.

Professional organizations are never subjective. Their policies are well thoughtout, based "win win policies" for the customers and stakeholders (which includes employees of course).
it is subjective as each organisation has to react individually to the specific issues.
It is subjective!
