A Partnership agreement or deed?

Hi,
I'm doing a presentation on a case study involving a UK Partnership, I just wondered what the difference is between a partnerhsip agreement, and a Partneship deed? I believe they're the same thing, but I'm not a 100%.

Thanks

A partnership and partnership deed are not the same,Deed refers to property ownership,a partnership on the other had deals with business dealings.A Partnership could very well own a partnership deed.
