Is Blue Nile reliable and what kind of guarantee is offered?


I'm getting engaged soon, and my boyfriend is thinking about buying my ring from Blue Nile, but we were wondering about what kind of guarantee or warranty they offer. The 30 day money-back guarantee is obvious, but what if a diamond falls out or the ring is chipped, etc?

I wouldn't buy from there nor would I want someone to give me an engagement ring from there.
