Have any online stores gone from online to brick and mortar?

I don't mean a physical store to online store, I mean the other way around. If so what are their names?

Not an etailer really, but Dell has opened 2 Dell stores. One in Austin, Tx and one in Nyack, NY. Also they have opened Kiosk's in malls.
Even if a business doesn't choose to SELL online, having an online presence is important to advertising a business whether it's online only or through a brick and mortar store. I doubt you'll see any that have given up their websites completely although some might have changed the aggressiveness of selling to the ease of advertising. With a web presence costing as little as $10/month what business wouldn't keep the site operating and writing off the cost?
