What was the best customer experience you have had, over the phone? |
Who has made your day and made you smile once you have put the phone down? which was the best company? bt cut my phone off as bill was late i have a disabled son with a bad heart so needed my phone due to my husband leaving me with alot of bills this was late but the lady connected me back there and then and gave me an extra 4 weeks to pay it.i thought fair play and that there is some caring understanding people out there.x I get to talk to comcast every month because they always screw up my internet bill. It's hard because the company sucks, as does the accounting department...but both phone and internet customer service are very friendly and helpful...and they always give me what I want (because I'm always right). lol. British Gas believe it or not. I had the most amazing talk with a Customer Advisor about the complaint I had at the time and I must admit, he was the most curteous, understanding 'human-being' I have had the pleasure to speak to in lots of years! And, in the end, even solved my problem! Hey Presto, they are still out there!!!!!! One satisfied British Gas customer. |
