Car Rental Satisfaction or Not...Have you ever been asked to rate ENTERPRISE Rent A Car Company? |
According to Enterprise, J. D. Powers names Enterprise Rent A Car the best in customer service. I'm just wondering where they get their input from. Have any of you ever rented from Enterprise and been asked if you were satisfied or not? Or is this just advertising mumbo jumbo from Enterprise. ALL companies claim to be THE BEST and use this in their advertisements because they don't think anyone will question it. Well, I'm starting to question it. Please let me know if you or anyone you know things Enterprise is all they say they are. I've rented from Enterprise and been asked to rate the service. I don't know if J.D. Powers was the asker as this was some time back. However, I do know that J.D. Powers would not allow Enterprise to make such a claim if it were not true. Finally, a caveat: Your experience may vary. There are great Enterprise locations and there are ones that could be improved just like with any company. |
