Order/Trial Call to Former emplyer who bankrupted and me?

I recently received a "Order/Trial Call" from the satate of Illinois - I live in S.California, and it was to my former employer who bankrupted in 2001 and me. (Wondering how could they find my address)

I was just an employee (Advertising Manager - Plaintiff is a Magazine Company) and I did not any type of persersonal guarantee.

Only possibilities are that
I have signed for AD agreement for certain time of period and former employer owed some money. However, the company is bankrupted already.

Should I respond???? Pls. advice.

If former employer owes you money then you may be stated on his line of creditors. You should speak with an attorney.
