Where do I get a personal loan with bad credit? |
Right now I am almost in foreclosure with my home. I do make enough money to make my payments, but had a miscarriage and some time off work because of depession and got behind on everything. I need a personal loan to catch up on my mortgage. My credit was already bad because of my divorce a few years ago and my credit score is currently in the high 400's. I have been searching online but of course alot of these websites promise you the world and it never happens. Can anyone help me. I am in need of a loan. Thanks I am sorry to hear about your situation and I wish you the best of luck with everything. Try checking out www.prosper.com. They have a very interesting and good service going on for people that are in similar situations as yourself. They may have a credit score minimum that they require, I can not remember for sure, but if you can qualify for it, that is going to be one of your best chances. I hope it helps. Good luck and keep your head up, it will get better:) Source(s): www.prosper.com Check with a reputable bank. You probably will be able to get a loan but you will pay extremely high interest. You also may need a collateral to secure the loan. If I were you, I wouldn't go on line to apply to any lender. Make sure the lender is the one who's reliable because you may lose more than you have. It's pretty doubtful that you can get any kind of reasonable personal loan at this point, just because of the low credit scores and the pending foreclosure. And obviously, you won't be able to get a second mortgage on the property because you're in such danger of losing the property completely. You might want to look around for any family members or friends that can give you a short-term bailout loan. Payday loan companies or pawn shops are also a possibility, but a bad choice for nearly everyone. I can't imagine that you'll want to pay an extremely high interest rate on this kind of loan. Talk to your lender about setting up a repayment plan or a loan modification to get you back on track with the mortgage. Then you won't have to rely on someone else to give you another loan to pay back a loan that you already have. That's just going to get you in more trouble down the road, since you'll be increasing your expenses by having to pay back more loans. Try working with the lender first of all, and then look for outside resources if they don't offer you a realistic option. Good luck. ForeclosureFish http://www.foreclosurefish.com/...
