Did the company you have the dispute with tell you that you can dispute online? If they did then you just go into their website and follow the procedure.
I work for one of the biggest bank in this country, everytime the customer disputes a charge, they always have to put in writting and sign their name. Because if the dispute is a fraud, they have something to go by if they need to take you to court.
