Can a credit management company garnish 100% of a persons wages?

County court allowed the credit management company to freeze my bank account, but that is my wages from my job because my wages are direct deposited.

You still have to be able to live from day to day
They are not technically garnishing your wages. You need to fix the problem or change your direct deposit.
They are garnishing your bank account, not your wages. You can resolve the issue by stopping the direct deposit.

Then, you will probably have to pay fees to cash your paycheck and pay fees to use money orders instead of checks to pay your bills. If you open another bank account to deposit your check to, they will likely be allowed to garnish that account, too.

You need to get the debt resolved with the credit management company or you will not be able to use a bank account without fear of garnishment until the judgment is expired. In many states, creditors are allowed to renew judgments, so that could be a long time.
When a company garnishes your wages they are only allowed to garnish 25 % of your take home pay. They froze your bank account which is different. Contact the bank and get off direct deposit so you will at least have your paycheck.
