My ex and I have been divorced for 8 years now. I just bought a home and this notice came in my mail to my home In my ex's and my name, claiming, we both live at this address. I don't even remember this company. They claim this debt took place 9/97 In Plumas County of California. Not sure what the Judgment is all about. Don't remember of such a thing taking place. What should I do?
