Anyone help please? |
i am tryin to find these companies telephone number below as i am payin debt of to them and would like to know how much is left but for the life of me cant find these companies anyway if any one can help thanks cannought coll ldn scots finance standing ldr sols this is all i can get from ma bank the names they have tried to help but as its standing orders they dont have any numbers for them as u can c i dont know where they r based either Just checked the Financial services register (FSA) and there is no trace of them. Also just checked companies house website and no trace there either. You could try calling the FSA tomorrow on 0845 606 1234 they maybe that they are no longer authorised anymore. Happy hunting If they're not in the phone book call: 118111 and ask for these numbers. Give them the names and they know the numbers.Or 118118 The standing orders will have the names/ addresses of the banks to whom the payments are made,and should show the full names of the payee too. Even direct debit records should show identification. Persevere with your bank. If all else fails, cancel the payments (you can re-start them, but don't spend the money!) and they'll soon get in touch! if u have paid them DD an StO will still b taken from u ... if u cant get hold of them just stop payin through the bank but keep moneys at one side for the cost ..an they will find u if u still owe them an u can then pay arrears ..when contacted,,,, If you are still having a problem finding out who the others are that you are paying money to by standing order, you can cancel the standing orders and they will contact you to ask why you have not paid them you will then have the name and address of the people that you owe. |
