How do you find out which debt collection agency is collecting your debt? |
its a little embarrassing to ask, but i have had this debt for a little while and mistakenly threw away all the information regarding this claim. it is not much, but i want to pay it off. any ideas? Usually, they will tell you when they call. superstar_shay14@yahoo.com wait til they come banging on the door and ask the bailiff who is he collecting for. speak to whom ever u owe the debt and they will tell u who they sell their debts to , although it might not still be with that agency , they can tell u who they have sold it too and so on and so on , it can take a while i had the same problem ,u will eventually track t down .Funny when u cant pay it theyy pratically desstroy a forrest sending u letters and when u do want to pay u cant find them lol Pull your credit report from http://www.annualcreditreport.com... and check there. If you don't see it, don't bother with it. |
