I owe a collection agency money but I don't know where how do I find out?


I'm trying to pay them off but I lost the mail they sent and my credit report doesn't seem to be much help :(

Don't worry,if they are good collection agency they will contact you again,and again by phone or mail.Then you can find out whom you owe money to an d for what.,then pay them
When they failure to collect from you then will show up in your credit report..
If you know the credit or department store credit card that they are collecting for, then contact them. They should be able to look up who they sold your account to.
