money withdrawn from my bank account says: IBP which stands for inter bank Payment any one know what this means

IBP is where you have withdrawn money from a branch which is not your normal branch
Inter branch clearing

Definition
The process of payment clearance between two branches of the same bank. This status means an item is being sent from one branch to another (after it leaves the originating branch and before it is received by the destination branch).

Hope this helps.
If you have a stable job with a good source of income, you might be able to apply for a loan through a website called Prosper. This site is a People-to-People (P2P) lending site where individual borrowers join in on the loans to help fund yours.

Unless you authorised the transfer you have been robbed.

Contact the Bank ASAP and put a stop to any further withdrawals via that route and ask them to recover the money by 'reversing' the transaction.
