How to find a private secondary school that is out of business, that has been sued?

computer learning center in san jose ca. went out of business and i signed over my school loans and due to none complition of school how to get money back to pay the lenders who have reported bad credit on my credit report

Check with the clerk of court in the county the school was in (or where it was incorporated possibly) to see if there is a bankruptcy filing. If there is (check back newspaper records to see when it was advertised if it was) and see if you can be listed as a creditor or someone to whom monies are owed. If they are insolvent, you don't have much chance of getting your money back but you can provide proof of what happened to the lenders and see if that will help. Good luck!
