Anyone ever heard of Cash Call.com? |
I saw their ad on TV for getting loans. Has anyone ever gotten a loan from them. They seem to have a high interest rate but from what I understand you can pay your loan off early and not pay that much interest. Any information will help. I have delt with many people that have used Cash Call and thEY said it was very easy. However, the interest rate is 99% and youR payments are $220 for 48 months if you take out a loan for $2600.00. That is a total payback of $10,560.00. That maens that you are paying $7960.00 to borrow $2600.00, kind of a rip off if you ask me. The plus side is that it is "simple interest" which means that you are only paying interest for the amount of money you borrowed for the amount of time borrowed. So if you take out $2600.00 and make 3 monthly payments of $220.00 and then pay it off you will be paying back about $2400.00. If you need money ofr just a couple months and can pay it back soon, it is a legit company to use, however, if you can't pay it all back in just a few months, stay away from them! Source(s): I am an MBA from a major University and I work in International Finance and Credit. I am a CCE and CBF certified through the National Association of Credit Management yea oh my goodness that one is funny, out of interest i checked it out on the computer i thought i would love to see this interest rate! 99.4% i laughed for about 15 minutes everytime i thought about it! DON"T DO IT!!! I did this last year and now I'm paying for it.. the rates are like 96% and u will be paying forever Don't deal with CashCall!!! Unless you can pay back the money in less than 2 months - I had a 100% sure deal to pay them back right away so I got the cash from them, and then - FORCE MAJURE - unforseeable events took place and I was completey screwed. I'll pay my current loan ( received it in 01 of 06) off after I save for a few more months (probably pay it off in 01 of 08) but long story short, I borrowed $2600, They gave me $2500 (minus the $100 loan fee - they explained that RIGHT before they released the money...) and will end up paying them around $6000, because things happened beyond my control. My advice - use a peer to peer lender, a bank, or a relative or friend before you use these Jackals. BEWAREEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Serioulsy, do not take the chance unless you just won the lottery and it's a sure thing that you'll get the money to pay them back. Check out cashallsucks.blogspot.com or The Rip Off Report...Read the horror stories for yourself. Do not go there .the interest is to high. |
