You don't or you send a cheque and wait for it to clear and the goods will then be sent to you. The company could possiblt post you an invoice ,which you could pay in cash at a bank or post office, again the goods would be sent once paid for. use a cheque, or Paypal assuming the people will accept Paypal. It depends on the seller. They may accept other forms of payment (money orders, cashier's checks, etc) Some sellers accept Paypal or one othe the other escrow-like services, where you link this service to your bank account and it does the deals for you.
