Ok they sell like visa and mastercard pre paid credit cards. Im wondering if like i use some of the money and have like 10 $ left over and i dont use the money in there for a while will they deuct money monthly? And wut if like ppl send me money through paypal that i create with the prepaid card and i dont use it and save it do they deduct and how much will they deuct each month? Will i even be able to create a paypal with the prepaid credit cards?
You won't be able to create a PayPal with perpaid credit cards.
They won't deduct a monthly amount until a year after the card was purchased.
Depends on the card and the company. Different cards have different rules - you'll have to check the fine print. Most cards don't deduct "non-usage" fees anymore, but some will if the card has been inactive for a year or two.
