How do you take on an office bully who discrimanate against you openly and yet the management gives a "no comment" answers when you asked for all these to stop? How do you refrain from throwing the chair you are sitting upon and deal with this hardship professionally?
That is hard to deal with...My motto to get along with people who like to bully is kill them with kindness..or just try to ignore it and maybe they will stop if they don't get the reactions they want. I have a person in my office who likes to try and control everyone and everything of course we all talk about them behind their back and make fun of them, but until I started to be all smiles and nice and kill them with kindness and joke and kid around with them all the time kind of pick on them...it isn't so bad now and they are nicer to me as well....Good luck...but if it is a racial thing I would report it to someone as high up as you can go! |
