Start up IT Staffing? |
Currently I am attached with an employment agency who assign me to work in a project for Microsoft(MS). The employment agency who hired me gets 30% of the amount MS pays to me. After years of work I decided to start a company which recruits employees in the same manner. As Microsoft deal only with a few companies, I want to start a company which supplies professional to those few companies that have direct contact with MS at lesser margin. 1.I want to start the company while I am still working( part time) 2.I want to train a few guys who want to change their career into IT and place them under my company to the recruiting firms 3.I would charge the employment firms a % amount for each hour the employee works My question is What is the business category for this company? Staffing, consulting, recruiting, temp agency. Please write me in detail the steps I should take to open up this business. Thank you. How are you going to do this and still make a margin, the model you are talking about has been done to death and it is almost impossible to break into the market unless they are YOUR contacts - seriously years and years it will take, many companies have tried and failed, the margins are at 30% for a reason... It falls under Professional Contracting by the way |
