How to prepare for a performance appraisal?


Hi,
We have annual performace appraisal in my company with the manager. How should i prepare for that? What point should i follow? How should i negotiate?

Prepare a list of your achievements for your company this year.

Prepare a list of how have you improved this year and whether you have met the target the company set you last year.

Have a chat with colleagues to see what the manager expects to discuss during the appraisal.
