my name is S>Vazeer ali khan, born 2-10-1974,I was working with one construction company as a civil engineer. Because of every month salary delay, i changed to new company as they are giving the salary intime and expected salary. but, previous company employer like my honesty,hardworking so keep on calling me to rejoin as he is willing to pay the salary in time. Should i leave the present job and rejoin to previous company?
To be honest, if I were you I won't go back to the old company because it didn't pay me on time, that's a very serious question. Like your old boss said so, he promised you to pay you on time if you come back, which means he actually had the ability to pay you on time but he didn't do it when you worked with him, see the point!! But afterall it's your own choice, if you feel like going back and like your old job better you can give it a try!!! |
