I work in nursing home i do 2 11 hours shifts, 1 4 hour shift and 2 7 hours shift per week how much break i am

What breaks would i be entitled to in the above shifts

It depends on your state and federal laws, but in my state, you would be given a 15 minute break (paid) during your four hour shift, a 30 minute break (unpaid) during a 7 hr shift, and probably a 30 minute break (unpaid) during your 11 hr shift and perhaps another 30 minute break as well.

If you are a nurse doing 12 hr shifts though, or even a CNA, I can pretty much guarantee all you'll get is a 30 minute unpaid break on a good day. On a bad day, maybe five minutes to grab a sandwich while standing up.
