I am planning in getting a target gift card but i think i have to would have to pay every month. Also is money put into a target gift card every month or something?

No. to your second question no. its like using cash. say you get a 10 dollar gift card. then whoever you give it to gets to go and spend it. if they spend say 15 dollars, then they can use the $10 on the card and then pay the extra $5. Whatever they have left on the card (say the spend $5 and have $5 left) they can use the next time around |
