Job offers. Which one to accept?

I am expecting to get two job offers soon. And I think the better offer will be the second one.

If I take the first offer I will not get the better one and if I decline it then there is no gurantee I will gret the second offer. What is the best thing to do?

Should i accept the first offer and then if i get the seond offer take the second. How bad is it to do that?

When you get the first offer, nicely let them know that you have another offer as well as theirs (you don't have to say that you haven't actually gotten it yet), & ask if they would mind giving you a short amount of time to review things (24-48 hours). Then, call the second place & inquire as to where they are in the hiring process. Politely let them know that you have another offer, but they are your first choice. Ask when you can expect to know something. It will be a lot more polite & look better than if you take the first job & then dump them shortly after for the second offer.

I just recently went through a similar situation. Everything worked out for me & I got my top choice of the two offers. I hope everything works out for you as well. :)
