More specific questions about Safeway Inc.? |
hello there, thanks for all the answers I got from you guys, unfortunately thats not what I wanted to know. Im pretty sure that Safeway is exisitng in Canada but HOW WILL I MAKE SURE that I am really communicating with the Safeway personelle who hires people overseas, or HOW WILL I KNOW THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT using the name of Safeway just to solicit a $700 processing fee from the applicant? I applied it online as they have this online application program but I wanted to make sure about it before giving any money for the processing fee =( You are very wise to question this. I cannot think of any corporation that requires a processing fee from a job applicant. Please add the website to your question so that I can try to check it out. ******************************... Homegirl, I have gone back and looked at your earlier question -- I think I understand better now. The agency you have contacted wants $700 -- this is an agency fee. If you want a job with Safeway, Canada, go to Safeway.com, then click "careers" at the bottom. Then click "store positions" on the left. Then click "view jobs and apply" The select the province of Canada that you want on the drop down menu. Now look at the list and follow the prompts. You can apply directly without any agency or agency fees. |
