If a company is paying another company to do a background check, what does that consist of?


I have applied for a bookkeeper position and the company is VERY INTERESTED IN HIRING ME but they are wanting to conduct a background check. They are letting another company conduct the background check. What will they check USUALLY??

This is only for a part time bookkeeper job btw. Thanks.

They will do a criminal background check on you.
