Where can you get qualifications to start this job? I need specific courses for Australians. I hope this helps, I know that as an accountant that you will need to finish a few more steps. If you are starting out check out the college to insure that they offer this major. Qualifications such as the FPC, Certificate in Financial Planning, CeFA or equivalent, provide a solid grounding in financial planning advice and products, meeting the regulatory examination requirements. The Diploma in Financial Planning develops advanced technical knowledge and understanding across a broad range of key advisory areas including: personal taxation, trusts, business taxation, pension funding, pension income, investment and supervision in a regulated environment. Further units will be developed as required to ensure that key technical subject areas are covered. |
