I'm looking for the right way to ask for a salary increase after my 3 month probation period has ended.?

I recently got a new job and while I enjoy my work, I'm finding out that I will need more money to continue to work there. after my initial 3 month review, I will become a full time employee. How do I get paid a higher salary without sounding desperate for more money?

Unfortunately, you should have never taken a job where you need more money to continue working there. That means that you took a job that will not sustain your needs even in the short run. Yes, it will look unfavorable on yourself by asking for a raise only after 3 months. Typically, they don't come that fast. The fact of the matter is that if it is not enough to sustain you today, any raise that you would receive is also not enough to sustain you. You need to look for another job with a higher salary.
