What would you like to see at your financial instituion? |
When you go to the bank, what kind of things would you like to see there and what kinds of things will improve your experience? Like: kids corner ( for your kids to play), refreshments (what kind), decorations, staff image? Please give me your ideas! I am trying to implement some new tactics into my financial branch, all suggestions will be very much appreciated. At best unlimited supply of free money! At worst same interest rate offered directly from the crooked private federal reserve to the banks on money loaned 1% - 2%! That's what i want preferably the first choice. I am sick & tried of them jumping on the band wagon trying to fleece the very public they serve instead of providing ways to get or make money! The interest rates they pay for the different type of accounts are worthless to the consumer you make pennies by day! what a joke! Income thats what i lack thats what the majority of Americans lack sufficient incomes! Not digging a deeper whole via loans/credit card etc! Access to income like the large corporations receive corporate welfare! Trickle up economics for a change! Trickle down economics never work for me & most Americans i know! You should know that people's actual saving are at historic lows we need income more than anything else!!! I would like to see attractive men and women, sharply dressed and looking professional. I went to the bank the other day, I though I was at Good Will. The facility was nice, but the people working there seemed to be straight from the trailer park. I'd also like to see them minimizing chit-chat and small talk between themselves. It's almost as if the customers aren't even there! Answer: Professional look and professional act. Professional demeanor and professional results. Nicely dressed competant employees. Employees dress poorly & don't seem to be well trained or have a clue. The bank should pay a little better to attract a better level of staff. Better candies, they have these horrible lilly pops... totally suck... they should have fun candy like snickers and mini crunch bars, maybe little pound cakes because those lil sugar cookies they had sucked too, lolol.... you know stuff people actually like to eat... and then make sure the slips to deposit and withdraw are always filled up, nothing worse than going to the bank and not finding the slips you need. Also have pens chained to the slips, because lose pens always get lost. And seeing a smiling face greeting you always makes me feel welcomed. And i think that's about it... i went to the bank today to apply for a mortgage, and i think that's all that i noticed. Good luck!
