Do companies stop or slow down hiring in the summer ? |
Do companies stop or slow down hiring in the summer ? The companies I've been with don't stop but do slow down hiring in the summer primarily because so many decision makers go on vacation. The worst time of year is Oct-Dec, since budgets are running low and massive amounts of managers and workers take vacations and/or companies close down. Good luck! Many hire extra help in summer months |
