I went on 4 interviews for the bank The fourth one was yesturday they still have not called me? |
I called and human resources said the hiring managers haven't got back to them. Should I just wait. Yes, wait another day or two. However, after four interviews you have to think they would be close to a final decision... call backs after interviews can take weeks, give it time. You may not be the best fit for the position so they may be doing more interviewing. You've got nothing to lose. You should already have called or e-mailed to thank HR for the opportunity to interview and that you are looking forward to meeting in the near future. I would probably wait until this time next week. They are probably doing background checks and evaluating any other candidates. Keep in mind, it's a Holiday weekend and people are taking days off prior to and just after the Monday Holiday. |
