I went in for the fourth interview. It went ok. But does that mean I am hired at the bank? I had 4 interviews?

thats a lot of interviews...but if you're not sure about it, then i wouldn't jump to conclusions, although with that many interviews i'm sure it can't be bad. If they dont' call you in a couple of days you should call them and figure out where you stand.
I would say that you are hired when they say something along the lines of "You're hired..."

a fourth interview is probably a good sign....
No, it doesn't. 4 interviews might mean nothing more than the company wants certain people to always interview candidates, and those people had schedules that required you to return 4 times. One thing you SHOULD be doing ... send a thank you note (mail is preferable, but email is ok) to each person. Thank them for the time, mention something you learned about the job that makes you still think you have something to offer, and let them know you look forward to joining. And be sure it's grammatically correct and has no misspellings.
Four interviews is a lot, no matter what. If they ask you for another interview I would flat out be adamant on insisting if you're hired or not as they could just be jerking you around.
