For a 2nd round all day interview, shall you wear similar color suit or different ones?

1st round, met with couple VP's. 2nd round, will get to meet them again plus other people. It's for a finance manager position. Wore black suit and skirt the 1st round. Just wonder if I should wear the same suit with different shirt. Should I do my hair differently as well?
Just don't know if you should show the same look, which could be perceived as boring? or a different look but may leave the impression that you're not consistent?

Actually do you have another set of suit? Please don't wear separates (suit with a different skirt) for a finance interview unless they say business casual is okay (this industry is very conservative and you want to appear up to standards, esp for superday). Otherwise stick with the set. However, in order not to appear like you own only 1 suit (even that might be true, as in my case when I started recruiting) or have not changed, borrow if possible, otherwise accessorize and change the shirt/top under the suit.
Stay the same (but freshen up - take a shower) - don't confuse them - they just want someone they can trust who'll do the job without a lot of hassle and drama.
as they say dress professionally, but most importantly your character will shine through. keep it simple, wear the same suit-clean suit. change the shirt, do you hair as you would but most importantly make sure you are comfortable if you will be with them all day.
GL!
I would do my hair a bit differently, but not too much. I usually wear mine straight, so I'd probably wave it. This way, you'll show consistancy without being boring.
I don't think wearing the same suit will come across as boring, but I would kick it up a bit with a red shirt under the jacket, or any other color that will stand out a bit- it'll help you stand out among the other applicants. Nothing too wild, though!
And maybe a different pair of shoes.

Whatever you decide, just be confident! And good luck!
