Help filling out a team leader application. Please? |
My husband is trying out for a team leader position at work. It is a factory that makes car parts. He needs to describe how he would carry out the following responsibilities. *Human Relations *Safety *Quality *Production *Delivery *Cost *State what qualifies you for Team Leader position and *What would you do to improve the job of Team Leader. We're both pretty intelligent, but neither of us are good at putting our thoughts into words, sooo... a little help, please? I'm a SAHM, and his getting this position would really help us out! GOOD LUCK! :-) Source(s): Interviewing Tools If putting thoughts into writing is tough, try answering the questions out loud (you can have a tape recorder going). Because if he also can't answer those questions, then even if he gets the job he could fail and you'll be worse off. So sit down and say "If I were the team leader, how would I help our team produce lower cost parts?" Talk it through, go back and listen to what you said, and distill it down into the section for "Cost". Can someone help you write this stuff? Yes - but he'll be on his own on the production floor day in and day out, so it's a lot better if he can do this on his own. |
