That depends if you want to start off working as a teller, which is pretty easy. Just walk in and ask if there are any openings. It may be a bit tough seeing as you still have to study in college (post-secondary education).
Finance encompasses many things. If you're talking about investment banking, you will need a quantitative background from a top university, solid academics, and a track record of on-campus leadership.
