Should i be an accountant or finacial advisor??? |
im about to begin college i need to know some pros and cons about both of these careers. Please help Backing: Fiddle away and balance the books It's fun to charter an accountant And sail the wide accountancy, To find, explore the funds offshore, And skirt the shoals of bankruptcy. It can be manly in insurance, We'll up your premium semi-annually, It's all tax-deductible, We're fairly incorruptible, We're sailing on the wide accountancy. Backing: Fiddle away and balance the books Fiddle away and balance the books We are the studio accountants, We use computers and the fax, We make them pay every way, And then we write it off for tax, Creative agents cannot touch us, And lawyers are a joke dear, let's be frank, They'll never ever screw us dear, Let the brastards sue us, We're laughing all the way clear to the bank I'd go with being an accountant. I don't think I'd hire a financial advisor without knowing they have an education in accounting. Accounting gives you a wide range of choice after college...even a financial advisor as a career :) I am also in school for accounting and did a great deal of research on accounting when I began. Look into Forensic Accounting. It seemed very interesting, and the rate of pay was almost double for the same amount of schooling. Something to look into before making a final decision. Good luck http://www.forensicaccounting.com/... |
