What job profile can an MBA in finance and HR expect? |
Just to make my question a bit specific...What can a fresh management graduate with no relevant job experience may expect ? MBA is a good qualification, no doubt about it. Jobs that require this kind of qualifications are: a) Financial b) Marketing c) HR Positions will be of mid-career level to start with to position a company with strategic business plan. Project management experience would be a definite added asset in this computer era. Are you speaking of salary? If so you might get between $32,000.00 - $40,000.00. As far as job title you will probably be classified in an entry level position. If you have a career counselor on campus go speak with him/her when you get the chance. An MBA is a great degree and all major companies are hiring MBA's right now. The average MBA Grad comes out making over $60,000 a year.
