Different between non-financial benefits and financial benifits?

Financial benefits are anything that involves money. Your paycheck, paid sick and vacation days, 401K that the employer contributes to for you (matching contributions). Non-financial benefits are non-money items. Short commute, friendly work atmosphere, free meals.
