Do Mortgage Loan Officers have a regular work schedule? |
Meaning, do they usually work eight hour shifts, Monday through Friday? My husband is a loan officer and he works 9 - 6 Monday through Friday and if he wants to then he can go to work earlier or work later and he can also work on the weekends if he wants. It depends on which company they work for, some do, some do not. Some are more or less "on-call" so to speak, while others stay at the actual business' location. If you want to be successful - most loan officers work "bankers' hours ie: Monday thru Friday 8-5, 9-6 etc. I have been a mortgage loan officer 5 years I came from an accounting world (15 years) |
