I want absolutely that job. And have been waiting for a year?How to do? |
How to eliminate other people working at that job Because I want absolutely that one. Any ideas??? I would need to know more background info to really assist on this one. Kind of industry, what job, your experience etc. Great to hear that you're extremely motivated to getting this job. However outside of taking out a contract on those people try the following; 1. Connect with the boss of the group you want to work for - ask for some of his/her time and explain why you want this position and how you could help them. 2. Speak to HR about a transfer. 3. Look for this position outside of your current organization. If you are still waiting after a year I would question whether anyone else but you knows how much you want this job. I would also ask how much longer you are prepared to wait and what you've been doing over the past year to make this goal happen. Good luck going forward on this. Send them all to a better posiiton such as business owners thereby leaving the position open. They win! This of course leaves the job open for you. Ready to step right in?
