the company searching should pay. As an employer I would never look at a site where someone would have to pay to post a resume. I think these people must be desperate and not really qualified (if they were, then there must be something wrong with them to have to pay)
I have not tried myjobhunter.com but I can't think of anything it can do that would be worth $40.00 because there are too many free websites out there were you can view job openings.

Try indeed.com and put in the job you are looking for and for what area and it shows you job openings from different websites.
