Commerce bank?

are you paid for the training at commerce bank? if so how much? and what all is involved in the training?

You're definitely paid for training. It's pretty standard in the banking sector. How much depends on the bank. I think it's pretty substantial considering how much time you put in. It really is a great experience, one of the few chances to network with other offices...

What's involved? Besides compliance, setting up direct deposit, and those housekeeping issues, learning how to work with clients. I work in banking, so our group had financial modeling, valuing companies, understanding a financial statement, and some financial accounting.
