Can anyone suggest me how can I get job in Stock broking, I am very much interested in it?

But what is the problem is I am BE Graduate and not experienced in it.

Not to be a jerk, but jobs like that are very competitive. Take English grammar courses or no one with any money will trust you. Unless of course you don't intend on working with people who are English speaking.

You also need to find an internship at a firm.

This is the hard truth, if you don't like it then you definitely can not be a stock broker, not an incredibly successful one. This is a cut throat business. If you don't have control of a language there is no way in hell you will be able to sell yourself well. Jobs like stock broking require the ability to sell your services to employers and clients.
get a business degree with a minor in accounting so you know what business are doing and a major in finance.
citigroup has a business opportunity in financial services. you get excellent training and they help you get licensed in investments, mortgage loans, and insurance.
