Financial security can bring peace of mind?

Financial security can bring peace of mind?

I think you don't realise you have that peace of mind until you lose the financial security. Things aren't as easy for me as they used to be, I didn't appreciate it at the time but it preys on my mind alot now. I think we often just find something else to worry about.
it certainly won't hurt =)
Of course it can.

But that's not to say it can bring happiness.
It certainly helps but it's not the be all and end all.
Money isn't everything, not even the most important basic needs of human life: Food, Shelter and Health care, but Financial security sure can bring peace of mind as one finds the basics.
Take a line from Forrest Gump: One day I got a letter from Lieutenant Dan. He said he invested in some fruit company or something (Apple computers) and we didn't have to worry about money anymore. So I said "That's good...one less thing, you know..."

Financial security may not bring peace of mind (there are countless thousands of rich people who need therapy and use drugs, alcohol, sex, whatever to cope with their lives) but the worry about being able to provide for yourself and your family is in the Top Five of worries of people around the world. Eliminate that worry and your life can be much easier.
Yes, because you know that whatever happens, you'll have money to fall back on.
