When potential employers perform a prehire background check does that include a credit check? or what does it? |
consist of? It could. It also involves a criminal record check and public record check (bankruptcies etc) as wll as verifying your education. Generally speaking yes it involves a credit check, background check (criminal and sometimes traffic) verification of eductation, previous employement, references. Anything you list they will check. However if they are pulling your credit they must give you a form to sign stating you are allowing them to do so. |
