Is It Possible To Study For An ACCA, CIMA, and CIPD At The Same Time???

If you are drinking Red Bull and studying 24 hours a day!!
ACCA and CIMA are quite similar so why study for both, do the one where you can sign off accounts. CIPD could be done in between but you need a job to get the experience in Finance and HR as you go.
I only did my CPP but I am a lazy mare!

GOSH!!!! are you kidding here? there would be some serious amount of studying involved, plus the time you would have to put in to complete all the necessary work.
