Work-Comp Claim ? Claim is 55 days past the "90" day date to have been denied or accepted.?

...and yet there is no response. Claim adjuster will only say "waiting for MD report" (all med records easily accessable}.Advice?

Work-comp claims should never go that long. You should confront the claims adjustor ask exactly what he doesn't have and also call the HR department where you work and make them aware that your claim is this old. They are bound by law to get the claim proceeded and a judgement made in a reasonable time frame. Most companies want to get this resolved as quickly as possible. The exception is if there is a lawsuit that you filed and they may be stalling due to that.
Medical reports are by nature NOT easily accessable.

You need to wait your turn. You may ask for a trace, to make sure you did not end up on the desk of someone on a leave of absense.
